Shipping Methods:
Jamaica
We proudly offer shipping to all 14 parishes using our trusted third-party courier partner, Tara Couriers, Knutsford Express and Zip Mail. They are known for its reliable and efficient service, ensuring that your packages arrive safely and on time. We have utilise Pickup location service in Half Way Tree.
United States
We proudly offer shipping to all states using trusted shipping carriers known for their reliable and efficient service, ensuring that your packages arrive safely and on time. Items typically arrive 3-4 Weeks
United Kingdom
We proudly offer shipping to all regions of UK using trusted shipping carriers known for their reliable and efficient service, ensuring that your packages arrive safely and on time. Items typically arrive 3-5 Weeks
Canada
We proudly offer shipping to all regions of Canada using trusted shipping carriers known for their reliable and efficient service, ensuring that your packages arrive safely and on time. Items typically arrive 3-5 Weeks
Delivery Times:
Jamaica
Packages sent via Knutsford Express typically arrive either the same day or the next day,
Packages sent via Tara Couriers typically arrive either the same day or the next day,
Packages sent via Zip Mail typically arrive in two days maximum.
Order Scheduling:
Our delivery schedule is closely aligned with the times at which our packing facility closes off each day. For orders placed before 9:00 PM, we will process and schedule your delivery for the next day. If you place an order after 9:00 PM, it will be scheduled for delivery on the subsequent day. Please be aware that these timelines are influenced by the packing facility closing times.
Pickup Scheduling:
If you've selected the pickup option, your order will be scheduled for the next day. You can pick up your order at Package Hub, conveniently located at:
19, Pristine Plaza, Half Way Tree
Package Hub Opening Hours:
Our Package Hub is open on the following days and hours:
10AM - 6PM
Monday - Saturday
Important Note:
When picking up your orders at our Package Hub, please ensure you have your receipt with you. This will help expedite the process and ensure a smooth pickup experience.
Kingston, Portmore & Spanish Town Door to Door Delivery:
For our valued customers in Kingston, Portmore & Spanish Town we offer door to door delivery at a cost of $800 JMD-$1000. The same rules for orders placed before 9:00 PM apply to these deliveries locations as well.
Cash on Delivery is offered only for Kingston, Portmore, Spanish Town & Package Hub Pickup.
Kingston Outskirts
The outskirts of Kingston such as Gordon Town - can go between 1100-1300
